As soon as you place an order, it will be made ready for dispatch almost immediately. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible shopservice@pureshirt.de
To find the right size, it's best to check the label on your pure garment that fits you well.
If you don't have one yet, you can use our size guide for advice. Simply enter your height and weight under the relevant item. The Size Guide will then calculate the right size for you.
Alternatively, you can view the size chart on the product page and briefly check your body measurements (chest, waist, arm length) to be sure.
Shipping & delivery times
You can find an overview of the shipping costs for all countries here.
Our shipping service providers are DPD and DHL. We usually deliver throughout Germany within 1-4 working days. When paying by instant bank transfer, the delivery times apply from receipt of the transaction confirmation.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping service provider with a tracking link and the shipment number. If you click on the link, you will be redirected to the website of the shipping service provider. There you will find all the tracking information for your order.
Please note that the tracking link will only be activated once the courier has received the parcel.
Yes, shipping to a DHL Packstation is possible. To receive the
shipment at a Packstation, enter the delivery address in three simple
steps.
- After your first and last name, please enter your personal postal number (customer number) in the 'Additional address: apartment, room' field. You can find this on your DHL customer card or in the Post & DHL app. Please do not enter the word "Postnummer", otherwise the address could be too long.
- In the 'Address' field, please note the word "Packstation" and the three-digit number of the desired Packstation.
- Then just enter the zip code and the location of the Packstation. That's it.
Please note: Shipping with DPD to a DHL Packstation is not possible. If you would like to receive your parcel at a DHL Packstation, please always select DHL shipping.
Return & exchange
If the size you ordered does not fit, you can conveniently return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge.
Returns are also handled by our courier services DPD and DHL. Use the returns label enclosed with your parcel. If no returns label is included with your order, you can create one yourself via our returns portal.
Stick the returns label clearly visible on the parcel you want to return and simply hand it in at the parcel store. Please complete the returns form included in the parcel so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
The items may be tried on, but they must not be worn or washed. Furthermore, we ask you to return the products in their original packaging and, if possible, with the labels attached.
Please keep the proof of posting until you receive confirmation from us that we have received the return. This receipt will show the date of return and the receipt number of the return.
As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that the returned items will be credited to your account. The credit will be issued using the same payment method that you used for your purchase. The shipping costs will only be refunded if all parts of an order are returned.
After receiving the return, we will check all items as quickly as possible (approx. 1-3 working days) and refund the amount to the original payment method. Depending on the original payment method, it may take three to five working days for the refund amount to appear in the account.
We do not offer an exchange service. If you need a different size, please place a new order. Please return the items that do not fit and place a new order for the desired item.

Complaint
We are very sorry if your item does not correspond to the usual pure quality. For your complaint, please send us the order number and, if possible, photos of the defective item to shopservice@pureshirt.de. Your feedback is extremely important to us, as this is the only way we can continue to develop and improve.

You will automatically receive the invoice for your order by e-mail as soon as the order has been dispatched.
In the "Payment" step of the payment process, you have the option of entering the voucher code from your gift card or the discount code. Enter your code in the field and click on "Apply".
